Filipino Kali focuses primarily on Weapons. However, It is common for practitioners to use their empty hand skills as well as a Staff, Stick or Knife. This Martial Art was instrumental in Filipino history and still used in the Filipino Military today.

I've put all my top ladder and rope drills together in this course so that you to can see how much of a difference it will make!
